Now Showing in Kingston

Two Ships Passing (opens Jan 13)

Domino Theatre, Kingston's oldest community theatre company, presents this Canadian play by Dave Carley. This is a three-hander, starring one of our alumni, Tom Sinclair, and directed by Will Britton. The play, at The Baby Grand, is a comedy about serious issues, politics, religion, and impertinent youth. Should be an entertaining night out, solid performers, and a solid company backing this script.

Picasso at the Lapine Agile (opens Jan 18)

This promises to be an excellent show - performed at the Harbour Restaurant. The play is written by Steve Martin (yep, that Steve Martin) and is a brilliant work that shows what might have happened if Picasso and Einstein met in a bar. (Sounds like a joke, dunnit?) Performed by some of Kingston's most experienced actors - this has the potential to be a great show. Produced by Kingstown Players.
